Telephone, Email and Social Media Support is fully operational

Please see below our full update:

Following government advice we have closed our trade counter until further notice but our online sales operation and customer service systems will remain open for the time being.

Our friendly, experienced staff will be available and will deal with our customers via e-mail, telephone and social media - but not face to face.

We are following government advice and ensuring that staff who can work at home do so.  Our warehouse is running with a minimal staff level to support online orders as per the advice which was published after the Prime Ministers statement on March 23rd 2020.  The full advice can be found here:

This document details which businesses are to close and includes the following statement:

"Online retail is still open and encouraged and postal and delivery service will run as normal."

Our staff are being instructed only to travel to work if this can be done without using public transport and social distancing rules are being followed on site. We cannot stress enough that any staff on site are conducting operations that cannot be carried out at home - as per the goverment guidelines which were published on the 23rd March 2020:

This guidance clearly states:

You should only leave the house for one of four reasons:

● Shopping for basic necessities, for example food and medicine, which must be as infrequent as possible
● One form of exercise a day, for example a run, walk, or cycle - alone or with members of your household
● Any medical need, or to provide care or to help a vulnerable person
● Travelling to and from work, but only where this absolutely cannot be done from home

We will continue to follow published Government advice throughout this Pandemic and encourage our colleagues, customers, suppliers, family and friends to do the same.

This page will be updated as soon as any of the guidance changes.
